School Information
The residential English medium School was started in 1979. The main objective was to cope up the educational development of rural Newasa with urban area. It was the main requirement of the region to have an English medium school. In MPS extensive emphasis is given to sports and extracurricular activities. Experienced coaches are appointed to look after various sports disciplines. The school participate various Inter- School tournaments, taluka, district, divisional, state and national level sports as well. Students under 12, 14 and 17 age groups compete with other competitors in Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Swimming, Taekwondo, Cricket, Athletics etc.
To support the academic and all round development of students various co-curricular activities are arranged along with sports. Writing skills, reading fluency, vocabulary, debate, quiz, drawing, painting, Science & Art exhibition, Story & poetry recitation, tables recitation etc. activities and festive celebrations and anniversaries help students to aware about our culture and motherland. MPS also takes interest in the integrated policy of social responsibility. The School students had contributed to KIBBTUS, an attitude working organization for less privileged people and 'Apulki Hostel' in Sonai town for economically poor students in the region.

Sports facilities with experienced coaches for different team games and events like horse riding, skating, swimming, archery, taekwondo, athletics etc. Co-curricular activities like music, dance, art and craft etc. are stressed. Organization of different debates, quiz and literary competitions. Participation in different social awakening drives. Well planned and beautiful campus full of thousands of green tress.
